1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://gainesvillefencingpros.com (the “Site”) operated by Gainesville Fencing Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 236 NW 7th Ln, Gainesville, FL 32601. By using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site, Quotes, and Estimates

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it without permission.

Content on the Site, including prices, cost ranges, materials, timelines, and blog articles, is general information only. It is not a binding offer, professional engineering advice, or a guarantee of price or availability.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change because of site conditions, material costs, measurements, or changes you request. A binding agreement exists only when you and Gainesville Fencing Pros sign a written contract or proposal. If that contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.

3. Services, Scheduling, and Property Responsibilities

Scheduling. Project dates are estimates. Weather, permit approvals, material availability, and site conditions may cause delays, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Property lines. You are responsible for identifying your property lines and fence location. We recommend a survey for any fence near a boundary. We are not responsible for fences built where you direct us to build them.

Permits, HOA, and codes. You are responsible for getting HOA or deed-restriction approval unless your contract says otherwise. We will follow applicable building codes and help with permits where the contract includes them.

Utilities and hidden conditions. We will request utility locates through Sunshine 811 before digging. We are not responsible for damage to private or unmarked lines (such as sprinklers, pet fences, septic, or private electrical lines) that you have not identified to us in writing. Rock, roots, or other hidden ground conditions may change price and timing.

Site access. You agree to give us safe access to the work area and to secure pets during work.

4. Payments, Warranties, and Liability

Payments and financing. Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set in your written contract. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders, subject to approval and their own terms.

Warranties. Any workmanship or material warranty is described in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Warranties do not cover normal wear, natural wood movement or weathering, misuse, storms and other acts of nature, or changes made by others.

Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gainesville Fencing Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Liability for services is governed by your written contract.

Indemnification. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
